5. Clobetasol
Propionate (0.05%) – 0.1 g
Reduces inflammation and redness.
6. Almond Oil (10%) –
20 ml

7. Base (Purified
Water/Ethanol/Glycerin) – To make up 200 ml.
Preparation Method
1. Dissolve 4 g of salicylic acid in a small quantity of
ethanol or glycerin.
2. Mix 4 g of precipitated sulfur into the solution until
fully dispersed.
3. Slowly add 8 ml of Liquor Carbonis Detergens (LPC) while
stirring continuously.
4. Add 2 ml of lactic acid to the mixture.
5. Mix in 0.1 g of clobetasol propionate (or its
cream/ointment equivalent).
6. Incorporate 20 ml of almond oil for its emollient
properties.
7. Adjust the final volume to 200 ml with purified water or
an ethanol-water mixture. Stir thoroughly.
Usage
Apply to the affected areas 1-2 times daily.
Avoid use on broken or excessively irritated skin.
Shake well before each use.
