Life style Modification 

I visited Pakistan for the last ten days, wherever I went, bottles of Coke, Pepsi and Sprite were placed in front of me along with other food dishes, I often had to ask for water myself, if there is any, please give it to me. In some places, I did not see anything called salad and if there was, I ate something from it, the rest of the people were limited to just tasting it.

Life style Modification 

I also attended many weddings in these few days, there too, I found most of the people to be fond of meat, rice and naans and if there was any sweet dish, they were eating it loudly. I observed that in these last few days, there is no trend of healthy food in Pakistan. 

Especially in the village environment. If these people drink tea, it must be with a lot of milk and sugar, along with other sweets and bakery products. Now how can these people avoid sugar in such an environment? Every other person I met had this disease.  Apart from this sugar, some people have other colorful diseases, that too in their youth or middle age. 

What is a healthy diet? In this picture below, you will see a picture of a simple but wonderful Western-style lunch. You see that there are no names and symbols of Coke, Pepsi, Sprite on the table, but simple and easily digestible boiled foods... Different types of vegetables, shrimp and salad, as well as meat... 

Now why is the life expectancy in Pakistan short, that is our food that we are putting in our stomachs. Now why do Europeans live long, such food is the secret of their average longevity. 

The weather of Pakistan is quite pleasant compared to Europe, but the quality of our food is very low. Other people also eat a lot of food in quantity. Apart from this, air pollution around us is due to the lack of trees, the rest is due to the lack of clean drinking water and the poor drainage system.  This is the reason why not only is the average age of our country a little over 60, but people are dying like insects around you in this country. 

In a country like Pakistan, attracting the common people towards healthy, simple and clean food or training them in this regard should be the first priority of any government, in my opinion. Only then will our people choose better food for themselves in this regard and they will have some awareness in this regard.
