Life style Modification  I visited Pakistan for the last ten days, wherever I went, bottles of Coke, Pepsi and Sprite were placed in front of me along with other food dishes, I often had to ask for water myself, if there is any, please give it to me. In some places, I did not see anything called salad and if there was, I ate something from it, the rest of the people were limited to just tasting it. Life style Modification  I also attended many weddings in these few days, there too, I found most of the people to be fond of meat, rice and naans and if there was any sweet dish, they were eating it loudly. I observed that in these last few days, there is no trend of healthy food in Pakistan.  Especially in the village environment. If these people drink tea, it must be with a lot of milk and sugar, along with other sweets and bakery products. Now how can these people avoid sugar in such an environment?
