In some places, I did not see anything called salad and if there was, I ate something from it, the rest of the people were limited to just tasting it. Life style Modification  I also attended many weddings in these few days, there too, I found most of the people to be fond of meat, rice and naans and if there was any sweet dish, they were eating it loudly. I observed that in these last few days, there is no trend of healthy food in Pakistan.  Especially in the village environment.
